TAA is looking for a Tech Business Management Lead to drive and own the overall organization’s finance and business management function. As a team leader, you will manage the overall budget, operations, and rhythm of the business. We are looking for a strong Amazonian and Manager with proven experience and track record in finance and business management that is able to lead a team of builders towards optimizing resources and processes and helping achieve business goals through data-driven decision making. This function and role serves as a critical link between executive leadership, product and engineering team, AWS Finance to ensure overall business objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Key job responsibilities * Manage and monitor overall AWS TAA budget and related processes including program and project financials, POs, * Own team’s rhythm of business (ROB) mechanisms (OP1, OP2, WBR, MBR, Goal reviews, QBR) in partnership with TAA LT, Marketing S&O, and AWS Finance * Identify, analyze, and develop mechanisms to optimize resources and operational challenges (look around corners), to drive efficiencies and speed through automation, AI, integrations, and data pipelines that reduce manual effort and give leadership real-time visibility * Set goals and develop financial projections to guide business processes * Track financial data against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Serve as liaison between executive leadership, stakeholders, and department heads * Lead, hire, and develop a team of builders responsible for day-to-day business management like POs, headcounts, SOWs, project financials About the team The Technology, AI, and Analytics (TAA) team within AWS Marketing is responsible for powering our vision to become the best B2B marketing organizations by by enabling better experiences for customers, frictionless marketing for our teams, and smarter decisions for the business using technology, AI, and data. - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
