Job Summary

Innova Software Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Teamcenter Functional / Technical Consultant to support a complex enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, including functional configuration, technical customization, solution design, system integrations, and application troubleshooting.

This role requires a consultant who can independently manage technical deliverables, collaborate with distributed engineering teams, and translate business requirements into scalable Teamcenter solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Teamcenter Functional and Technical Consulting

-

Provide hands-on functional and technical expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Teamcenter configurations and solutions.

-

Configure, customize, and enhance Teamcenter applications.

-

Develop and maintain Teamcenter workflows, data models, access controls, and security configurations.

-

Support Teamcenter Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE) configurations and enhancements.

-

Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and implementation discussions.

Customization and Integration

-

Develop and support Teamcenter customizations using appropriate development frameworks.

-

Work with Teamcenter ITK, SOA, RAC, and Active Workspace technologies.

-

Support integrations between Teamcenter and CAD, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications.

-

Troubleshoot integration issues and improve application performance.

-

Support enterprise PLM implementation and enhancement initiatives.

Implementation and Production Support

-

Lead or support functional and technical testing.

-

Participate in application deployments, upgrades, and release activities.

-

Investigate and resolve complex application and production issues.

-

Identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

-

Maintain technical documentation, configuration specifications, and implementation records.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Technical Leadership

-

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams.

-

Independently own assigned requirements, solutions, and deliverables.

-

Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.

-

Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to distributed development and support teams.

-

Identify opportunities to improve Teamcenter performance, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

-

7+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter or closely related enterprise PLM implementation work, including substantial direct Teamcenter experience.

Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, data models, workflows, and configuration.

Demonstrated experience with Teamcenter customization and technical development.

Experience gathering requirements and independently designing and implementing solutions.

Experience supporting enterprise PLM implementations.

Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience collaborating with distributed technical teams and business stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage technical responsibilities independently.
