Key Requirements

• Proven experience in Telesales or Outbound Sales.
• Previous experience as a Telesales Team Leader or Sales Supervisor is a MUST.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent coaching, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of objection handling, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
• International sales experience is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, monthly, and individual targets.
• Monitor team KPIs, call performance, conversion rates, and productivity.
• Coach agents to improve communication, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline performance to maximize conversions.
• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve results.
