Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Monitor team performance, productivity, and sales metrics. Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets. Coach and motivate team members to improve their sales performance. Handle team escalations and support day-to-day operations. Ensure adherence to process and quality standards. Key Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of on-paper Team Leader experience . International Sales experience is mandatory. Strong team handling and people management skills. Good understanding of sales targets and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
