We’re growing, fast-paced and customer-focused, and our warehouse team is at the heart of delivering a great customer experience. The Role We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of our warehouse team. This is a hands-on people management role. You’ll be visible on the warehouse floor, setting clear expectations, supporting and developing colleagues, managing performance and attendance, and making sure the team delivers high standards of productivity, accuracy and service. You’ll report to the Group Head of People & Operations and work closely with the Warehouse Manager to deliver operational priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team. Set clear standards for performance, attendance, behaviour and quality. Manage performance, attendance and conduct issues confidently and fairly. Hold regular 1-to-1s, provide feedback and support development. Support disciplinary, grievance and performance processes. Allocate work and ensure operational priorities are delivered. Monitor productivity, accuracy and quality. Support peak periods and changing workloads. Promote high standards of health & safety. Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance. About You You’ll need considerable experience of directly managing people within a warehouse or fast-paced operational environment. We’re looking for someone who is: A confident and credible people manager. Comfortable holding people accountable. Approachable, fair and consistent. Confident having difficult conversations. Organised and able to manage competing priorities. Hands-on and willing to get stuck in. Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams. Warehouse, ecommerce, retail or fulfilment experience would be advantageous. Interested?
