Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for Sales Team Leader position. The Team Leader will be responsible to build, inspire, and guide a high-performing sales team in our Sharjah office. If you have the drive, experience, and hunger to succeed — we want you on our team.

Job Perks

• Basic salary: up to AED 10,000/month

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants to hit monthly targets
• Create and execute sales strategies for off-plan projects
• Prospect, network, and build strong relationships with clients and developers
• Support your team through negotiations and deal closures
• Stay updated on market launches, trends, and competitor activity
• Manage your team’s portfolio and sales process end-to-end
• Collaborate with marketing and management to maximize lead conversion

Requirements

• 3+ years of Sharjah off-plan experience
• 2+ years in leadership, managing at least 10 members
• Strong individual and team performance
• Ability to bring a team of at least 5 members
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Organized, driven, and team-focused
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus)
• Strong market Knowledge of Sharjah

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
