The Team Leader is the CEO of our associate base, responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top real estate talent. This is not a desk job. This is a leadership role for someone who wakes up every day ready to build people and build a business. What You'll Do Recruit and retain high quality real estate associates to grow the Market Center's agent count and production. Provide one on one coaching, consulting, and accountability to associates at every level of their business. Lead training programs including orientation, IGNITE, and ongoing skill development. Drive a culture of productivity, collaboration, and shared success rooted in the KW belief system (WI4C2TS). Partner closely with the Operating Principal and MCA to execute the business plan, monitor financial health, and hit growth targets. Facilitate and lead Team Meetings, ALC meetings, and associate events. Champion KW technology adoption including KW Command, SmartPlans, and Designs. Model the KW culture of "God, Family, then Business" and lead with integrity in everything you do. Who You Are You have a proven track record in real estate sales, recruiting, or leadership (or a combination). You are passionate about helping others win. You are goal oriented and comfortable being held accountable to recruiting, retention, and production numbers. You communicate with clarity, energy, and purpose. You understand (or are eager to learn) the KW models and systems, including The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, GPS, and 4:1:1. You lead by example and believe that your success is measured by the success of the people you serve. Experience as a Team Leader, team manager, or in a real estate leadership role is strongly preferred but not required for the right candidate.
