Team Leader – Home Décor / Furnishing Location: Qatar Department: Retail Operations Industry: Home Décor & Furnishing About the Role We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Team Leader – Home Décor / Furnishing to support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have strong retail experience, good product knowledge, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced home furnishing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales and productivity targets . Deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure high service standards. Assist customers with product selection, home décor ideas, and furnishing solutions. Ensure effective visual merchandising, product presentation, and store standards . Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and product movement. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT targets. Coach team members on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service. Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution. Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards. Support staff scheduling, task allocation, and daily store operations. Assist with promotions, seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and store activities. Candidate Profile 2–4 years of retail experience , preferably in home furnishing, home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or a related category. Previous experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor / Senior Sales role is preferred. Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
