Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Sales Associates and relationship managers, providing guidance and support. - Monitor and supervise the daily performance of the Sales team, ensuring vehicle sales achievements and value-added products are delivered. - Assign leads and tasks to the Test Drive and Delivery team, actively driving closures. - Collaborate with the team to align efforts and achieve targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies to reach sales targets and increase market share. - Oversee the pre-booking and post-booking process of cars until delivery. - Coach and manage the team to acquire the necessary skills for business growth. - Foster strong negotiation skills within the team. - Establish and implement effective sales processes and systems to ensure high-quality sales service delivery. - Utilize CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and customer data. - Provide regular sales reports and forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the automotive industry - Strong leadership and motivational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes - Analytical skills to generate sales reports and forecasts - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Flexibility to travel, if required - Bachelor's degree in business Join our dream team and be part of the exciting journey to redefine the pre-owned car market in the UAE.
