Summary: Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Team Lead – MILDEP. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions: Lead day-to-day MILDEP support activities. Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and hiring support. Provide acquisition program management, risk management, scheduling, business operations, and acquisition analysis support. Ensure standardized DHA processes and procedures are followed. Monitor action items, schedules, risks, external requests, and leadership deliverables. Qualifications: Necessary Skills and Knowledge: DoD acquisition/program management. Integrated Product Teams and Working Groups. Risk management. Integrated master scheduling. Business operations/process improvement. Requirements/capability development and acquisition analysis. Minimum Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate task coverage. Ability to manage multiple programs/tasks simultaneously. Strong written, briefing, and executive communication skills. Travel: Up to 20% Preferred Qualifications: Current PAE MP MILDEP incumbent or Team Lead. DoDI 5000 / Adaptive Acquisition Framework experience. JCIDS/Materiel Requirements experience. PPBE experience. MS Project/IMS experience. Project Recon or comparable risk-management tool experience. Pay and Benefits The annual salary for this position is $85,000 to $115,000.
