And you are ready to take more responsibility: for a small team, for the quality of our HR service and for how we develop it further. At MM, you will lead our HR Operations team of three in Vienna . What matters is that you bring strong HR experience, sound judgement and the drive to take ownership and get things done. You will be part of our international Group HR community, working closely with our Group HR Centres of Expertise and HR colleagues across MM. You will have the support around you and the room to shape your own area. Your impact You will take responsibility for our day-to-day HR service at Group Services Vienna and develop it further, while staying close to employees, managers and your team. Take ownership of operational HR processes across the employee lifecycle Advise managers and employees on employment-related matters and find pragmatic solutions that work in practice Handle more complex HR cases and ensure compliance with Austrian labour law and our internal standards Improve and simplify HR processes and services, with a clear focus on quality, efficiency and an even better experience for employees and managers Lead and develop a team of three HR professionals and setting clear priorities in an environment where people enjoy working and delivering together Work closely with our Group HR Centres of Expertise and contribute to Group-wide HR initiatives and projects Your impact will be tangible: a strong team, HR processes that work and a service that employees and managers can rely on. What you bring You are an experienced HR professional who likes being close to the business and its people, finds solutions, and focuses on what can be done. Several years of solid operational HR experience, for example as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or in a comparable role A sound understanding of operational HR processes and strong knowledge of Austrian labour law The readiness to take responsibility for a team – previous formal leadership experience is welcome, but not required A hands-on, pragmatic and result-oriented approach, combined with a strong service mindset The confidence to make decisions, set priorities and challenge existing ways of working when there is a better solution The ability to keep things moving, collaborate effectively and maintain high quality even when priorities shift Strong communication skills in German and English A university degree is not what will make you successful in this role.
