# Tax Supervisor **Shopee** · Jakarta · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Department LevelExperienced (Team Lead) LocationJakarta Job Description: - Lead and manage the tax team in preparing corporate income tax calculations, returns, and compliance filings to ensure high accuracy and operational rigor • Proactively assess, identify, and mitigate tax risks across business initiatives and daily operations • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize company tax costs while ensuring full compliance with prevailing tax regulations - Oversee tax audits, including responses, supporting working papers, and direct engagements with tax authorities - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and Head Office to provide structured tax advisory and solutions for new business projects - Identify and execute opportunities to streamline and continuously improve internal tax procedures and operational SOPs - Guide, mentor, and develop team members, building strong functional capability and driving overall team effectiveness Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Has 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in tax or finance functions - Prior experience in a leadership or managerial capacity within a tax division - Prior experience working at a consulting firm or professional accounting firm - Prior in-house tax experience in e-commerce, digital business, or fast-paced corporate environments - Extensive hands-on experience handling tax audits and communicating with tax authorities - In-depth practical knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations - Holds USKP A certification or higher
