What type of work will you be doing? System & Process Mastery: Quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of our tax-related financial systems and operational workflows, ensuring all tax filings and bookkeeping are handled accurately and on time. Reporting & Quality Control: Take ownership of the timely preparation and delivery of tax-related data, demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity. Process Integration: Integrate into the team and begin assisting with all tax bookkeeping and ad hoc matters, proactively seeking to learn and improve processes. Minimum qualifications 1. Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is essential. 2. Professional Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant tax experience, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role. 3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel is required. 4. Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of local and national tax laws and regulations.
