# Tax Manager (m/f) **Henkel** · Warszawa, mazowieckie · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About this Position We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager who combines deep tax expertise with strong business acumen and accounting knowledge to support Henkel's operations in Poland and contribute to strategic business decisions. What you´ll do Serve as the main tax expert for Henkel Poland, covering CIT, VAT, WHT, transfer pricing, and other tax matters. Ensure tax compliance and provide guidance on business transactions and operations. Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the business. Prepare and coordinate tax reporting, documentation, and filings for local authorities and the Henkel Group. Support key business and transformation projects, including KSeF, digitalization, and process improvements. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Supply Chain, and Business Teams to provide practical tax advice. Coordinate tax audits and act as the main contact for tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors. Drive continuous improvement of tax processes, controls, and governance. What makes you a good fit Degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in tax advisory, tax compliance, or corporate taxation, Big4 background is a plus. Strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations, especially CIT, VAT, WHT, and Transfer Pricing. Good understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial reporting. Experience working with tax authorities, audits, and external advisors. Ability to explain complex tax topics in a clear and practical way. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent Polish and English both written and spoken.
