As a Tax Manager, you will work alongside Financial Advisors and fellow specialists to deliver integrated tax and financial planning solutions for individuals and families. Analyze tax information, identify planning opportunities, and develop thoughtful recommendations aligned with each client's goals. Prepare tax projections, Roth conversion analyses, and other planning strategies to support informed decision-making. Conduct technical tax research and prepare written responses to client and advisor inquiries. Collaborate with Financial Advisors and other specialists to deliver integrated tax and financial planning guidance. Maintain thorough documentation of client communications, planning recommendations, and assumptions used in tax analyses. Manage tax engagements from information gathering through final delivery, ensuring a high standard of accuracy, organization, and client service. Monitor the status of tax engagements and communicate proactively with clients, advisors, and colleagues throughout the process. Financial Planning & Client Support Gather and analyze client information to support comprehensive financial planning recommendations. Assist in the development and presentation of financial plans and planning strategies. Collaborate with Financial Advisors to evaluate and implement solutions that align with client objectives. Participate in client meetings to discuss tax considerations, planning opportunities, and recommendations. Help clients navigate questions related to their financial plans and overall financial well-being. Contribute to a consistent and exceptional client experience through responsive communication and thoughtful follow-through.
