PRIMARY FUNCTION Responsible for the timely and accurate review of customer sales tax exemption certificates. Work directly with customers or internal business partners to remediate any missing information required. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Review customer exemption certificates for completeness and accuracy. - Work with customers or internal partners to remediate any certificate deficiency. - Apply appropriate exemption to customer account. - Continuous learner who routinely shares experiences, best practices and information with team members to improve collective knowledge EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
