Led by John Chung — who holds licenses as a U.S. attorney, CPA, and RIA — we provide one-stop service to individual and corporate clients. As we expand our tax practice, we're looking for a Tax Accountant to help lead our tax filing services. Job Responsibilities 1) Tax Preparation & Review Prepare and review Form 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and related filings Prepare supporting schedules and workpapers Use tax software such as CCH Axcess and ProSystem fx Tax consulting 2) Client Communication Request and manage tax-related documents from clients Respond to client inquiries and provide professional guidance Manage filing timelines and client satisfaction 3) Outside Contractor Management Coordinate work assignments and schedules with outside accountants and tax professionals Review outsourced work product for accuracy and consistency Serve as the point of contact for contracts, deliverables, and scheduling Qualifications Hands-on experience in individual and business tax preparation Solid understanding of the overall tax filing workflow Bilingual in Korean and English Experience with CCH (Axcess, ProSystem fx) or similar tax software EA or CPA license preferred (candidates currently pursuing a CPA license are also welcome to apply) 3+ years of experience at a CPA firm Work Conditions Employment type: Full-time Location: Irvine, CA (headquarters) Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year (negotiable based on experience, discussed at interview) Benefits Health and life insurance Paid vacation and sick leave Lunch provided (3x/week) 401(k) (after 1 year of employment) How to Apply Documents: Resume, copy of license/certification, brief cover letter Send to: hr@jconegroup.com Deadline: Open until filled This is a role where your contribution is fairly rewarded — and where you can grow beyond it.
