We are seeking a hands-on accounting and tax professional with strong UAE real estate accounting experience , excellent knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax , and practical experience with VAT and FTA compliance . PRIORITY REQUIREMENTS Candidates must meet the following requirements: Immediate Joiners are strongly preferred Mandatory: UAE real estate accounting experience Minimum 2+ years of UAE accounting and taxation experience Strong practical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax Hands-on experience with Corporate Tax compliance, calculations, documentation, and filing Hands-on experience in VAT return preparation and filing Practical experience using the UAE FTA Portal Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and tax activities for the company. Prepare and file VAT returns in accordance with UAE FTA requirements. Manage and support Corporate Tax compliance , including calculations, documentation, reconciliations, and filing requirements. Maintain accurate VAT and Corporate Tax records and supporting documentation. Perform tax reconciliations and ensure accuracy of tax-related accounts. Handle the FTA Portal for VAT, Corporate Tax, registrations, filings, and related compliance matters. Monitor changes in UAE tax regulations and ensure ongoing compliance. Assist with accounting entries, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments when required. Ensure accounting and tax documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained. Support other finance and accounting requirements as needed. Requirements Mandatory: Proven UAE real estate accounting experience. Immediate availability / immediate joiner is highly preferred. Minimum 2+ years of UAE accounting and taxation experience . Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations . Strong Corporate Tax knowledge is essential. Practical experience with Corporate Tax compliance and filing requirements . Hands-on experience preparing and filing VAT returns . Practical experience with the UAE FTA Portal . Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . ACCA, CA, or relevant Tax Certification is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Strong understanding of UAE financial and tax compliance requirements. Priority will be given to candidates who: Can join immediately Have UAE real estate accounting experience Have strong hands-on Corporate Tax knowledge Have practical experience with VAT and the UAE FTA Portal Candidates without UAE real estate accounting experience will not be considered.
