Overview We are looking for an energetic, entry-level specialist to help us find financial advisors and insurance pros for our service provider. In this role, you will make daily outbound calls to pitch our company, answer quick questions, and book short 15-minute phone meetings for the hiring managers. No recruiting experience needed—we will train you! HOURLY PLUS BONUSES with GREAT BENEFITS Responsibilities Make outbound calls daily.. Pitch the company to prospective candidates using a basic script. Ask simple questions to see if prospects qualify. Book 15-minute intro calls on our recruiters' calendars. Enter basic notes and call details into our system. Hit daily targets for calls made and meetings scheduled. Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of high-volume phone experience (outbound sales, appointment setting, cold calling, business development, or call center environment). Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening skills, and the confidence to engage licensed professionals over the phone. Resilience: Strong phone stamina, high objection-handling ability, and a drive to convert cold leads into scheduled conversations.
