Role : Talent Operations Associate / Campaign Manager

Monthly Rate : $750 per month + $250 Signing Bonus

Availability : Full-time - 40 hours/week

Requirements

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

• Hands-on influencer and affiliate marketing experience, specifically on Instagram and TikTok
• Source and match creators to brand campaigns using strong judgment on creator and brand fit
• Apply to creator platforms and brand campaigns on behalf of the agency’s creator roster
• Know the full creator roster in depth, including each creator’s interests, dream brands, and positioning
• Coordinate directly with creators and manage many campaigns at once while staying highly organized
• Excellent English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly communicate past experience
• Execute influencer campaigns from start to finish
• Support talent across creator platforms and handle overall creator and campaign needs
• This is an influencer marketing role, not a social media management or graphic design role
• Trained across both campaign management and talent operations, with focus aligned to the candidate’s experience

Good to have:

• Experience recruiting or sourcing creators for specific brand briefs and campaigns
• A strong instinct for the X factors that make a creator marketable, not just operational strength
• Ability to explain what they look for when screening creators and what makes someone a great fit
• Previous experience working as a recruiter for social media campaigns
• Sales background

Non-negotiable Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator coordination
• Self-starter who asks good questions but never asks the same question twice
• Kind, great energy, and easy to work with

Industry/Tools Experience:

• Influencer marketing, creator talent management, and affiliate marketing
• Instagram and TikTok
• Experience on a specific platform is not required; coachability and quick learning matter more
• Creator platforms such as Aspire, Later, LTK, ShopMy, Popular Pays, #paid, CreatorIQ, and Upfluence
