The Talent Management Specialist leads the full-cycle recruiting by identifying active and passive candidates and developing a candidate pipeline to meet current and future talent needs. This position is also responsible for delivering an effective onboarding experience, administering the Learning Management System and employee training and development programs, and serves as a trusted Human Resources resource for employees and managers. Essential Responsibilities: Leads the full-cycle recruiting process, maintaining timely communication with hiring managers and candidates. Identifies and targets active and passive candidates to meet the organizations current and future talent needs. Develops a candidate pipeline and maintains relationships through online or in-person networking. Promotes Switch as an employer of choice. Assesses recruiting initiatives effectiveness and recommends adjustments and improvements. Leads the onboarding process, providing a welcoming, organized and consistent introduction to Switch. Maintains accurate, up-to-date job descriptions, ensuring essential duties, qualifications, and expectations are clearly identified. Administers the LMS and employee Training and Development programs. Partners with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and identify learning resources. May create training materials, content, and presentations for employee training and development. May assist with workplace investigations, documentation, and conflict resolution under the direction of the VP, People & Performance. Maintains confidentiality and safeguards employee and applicant information. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field. Five (5) years of Human Resource experience, including meaningful responsibility for recruiting and onboarding. Demonstrated experience managing multiple open positions and partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Experience with employee onboarding and talent management programs. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and sound Human Resources practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using an HCM, applicant tracking systems, or learning management systems. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to navigate between competing priorities, quickly identify and manage prioritization, be able to meet business deliverables. Preferred Minimum Qualifications: PHR/SHRM-CP certification. Experience in a multi-state environment. Experience using UKG Ready. Experience supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced, project-driven, creative, production, or professional-services environment. Experience developing training content or facilitating employee and manager training. Physical Demands (refer to Addendum): Ability to work in an office environment doing sedentary work.
