Talent Management Specialist Job Title: Talent Management Specialist Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Specialist to support talent development, succession planning, high-potential programs, career paths, leadership development, and employee development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement talent management programs. Conduct skills and development assessments. Support leadership development and training needs. Develop individual development plans and career paths. Support succession planning and high-potential employee programs. Identify and monitor successors for key positions. Coordinate leadership courses, conferences, and development programs. Support mentoring and employee engagement initiatives. Prepare talent management reports and analysis. Coordinate with managers and HR stakeholders. Support ISO, risk, ISMS, health, and safety requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification is preferred. Minimum 6 years of relevant Learning & Development/Talent Management experience. Strong knowledge of talent development and succession planning. Experience with IDPs, career paths, and high-potential programs. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with HR/ERP systems is preferred. Arabic and English language skills are preferred. Work Location: In person
