Lead succession planning initiatives, including identifying critical roles, assessing talent readiness and developing succession pipelines. Drive High-Potential (HiPo) talent management programmes, including talent identification, development planning, career progression and retention initiatives. Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration exercises and follow-up development actions. Analyse talent and performance data to identify capability gaps, succession risks and opportunities for workforce development. Design and implement talent development initiatives, such as leadership development, individual development plans and career pathing. Provide advisory support to managers on talent reviews, performance improvement and employee development. Review and enhance talent management frameworks, policies and processes to strengthen organisational effectiveness. Monitor programme effectiveness and prepare reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders. Job Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline. Relevant experience in talent management, organisational development or a related HR function. Demonstrated experience in succession planning, High-Potential (HiPo) talent management and performance management. Strong understanding of talent assessment, leadership development, talent review and performance calibration processes. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into practical talent management solutions. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
