Talent Attraction & Sourcing Specialist

As a Senior Talent Sourcer , you'll combine talent mapping, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify exceptional candidates, build future-ready talent pipelines, and make a direct impact on business growth and hiring success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent through LinkedIn, social media platforms, professional communities, academic networks, events, and other innovative sourcing channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition professionals and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence activities to identify key talent pools and hiring opportunities
• Explore new sourcing methodologies, tools, and market trends to continuously enhance recruitment capabilities
• Contribute to employer branding activities and talent engagement campaigns

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proven hands-on experience in talent sourcing, including identifying and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, social media platforms and other sourcing channels
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Experience supporting or executing recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or employer branding campaigns across digital channels
• Experience building talent pipelines and conducting strategic talent mapping
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Self-starter with a proactive, curious, and results-driven mindset
