Talent Acquisition - Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our Executive Search Division . The role will involve leading a team of recruiters handling mid-to-senior management, leadership, and CXO-level mandates across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters handling Executive Search mandates .
• Manage client relationships, understand hiring requirements, and set individual/team recruitment targets .
• Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide feedback and guidance.
• Drive headhunting, market mapping, and talent identification for mid-to-senior and leadership mandates.
• Take ownership of mandates from clients and ensure timely delivery and closure .
• Attend client meetings/visits as and when required to strengthen relationships and understand business requirements.
• Ensure proper and consistent usage of the ATS , including timely updates and recruitment tracking.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
