The TA Supervisor will lead and oversee the TA team, ensuring recruitment targets and service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, recruitment documentation is compliant, and new hires are properly prepared for onboarding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the Talent Acquisition team Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure hiring requirements are met within agreed timelines and SLAs Attend and actively participate in New Store Opening (NSO) meetings to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience for new hires Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, documentation, and onboarding requirements Coordinate with different departments to address manpower requirements and recruitment concerns Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment advertising strategies Review recruitment reports, analyze hiring performance, and identify areas for process improvement Prepare recommendations and provide recruitment updates to the HR OIC Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field At least one (1) year of supervisory experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Experience in the food industry is an advantage but not required Experience in other HR facets is an advantage but not required Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment priorities Can start ASAP Meralco Avenue, Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines Monday to Friday 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM If you are passionate about Talent Acquisition, people management, and building high-performing recruitment teams , we would love to hear from you!
