Talent Acquisition Specialist | Temporary
The Ford Agency is working with a prominent Bethesda-based professional services firm to recruit for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Specialist will provide support across all full lifecycle recruiting and staffing-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting or talent acquisition experience with demonstrated working knowledge of HR databases, ATS, and CMS. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of recruiting experience to join a collaborative team! This is a 6-month temporary role, with strong potential to become a permanent position, and is available immediately. Responsibilities Include: Collaborate with hiring managers to build recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines Full lifecycle recruiting for a broad range of positions within the professional services arena including: identifying talent, first-tier screening, coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews, and managing interview, offer, and onboarding process Collaborate with other recruiting team members for best talent acquisition strategies Assist with human resources-related projects Qualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree 2+ years recruiting / talent acquisition experience Familiarity with HR Databases, ATS, and CMS, and experience with online search resources Experience in building recruiting processes a plus Outstanding logistic and coordinating skills with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Compensation: $25-$35/hr Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
