The firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of technology hiring for a rapidly growing team. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for business-critical roles within trading technology Partner closely with hiring managers to establish a clear understanding of the technical and business requirements of roles across the technology teams Proactively source and engage top-tier talent through direct outreach, professional networks, industry events and recruitment platforms Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience, from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with the firm's standards and objectives Expectations Minimum 3 years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a technology environment Demonstrated experience recruiting for technically demanding roles, ideally within a trading or financial services environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates and external agency partners
