Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–2 years Industry Preference: Experience in the Solar or Renewable Energy industry is preferred Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, sales, operations, and corporate roles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates. Support manpower planning and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines. Candidates with strong communication skills, good sourcing capabilities, and a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply.
