Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing and initial screening through interview coordination, selection, offer, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels. Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates against job requirements. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely candidate feedback and movement throughout the recruitment process. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated vacancies. Prepare and post accurate and engaging job advertisements. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring volume, candidate pipeline, and offer acceptance. Psychometric Assessment Administer, score, and document appropriate psychological and pre-employment assessments in accordance with established procedures and professional standards. Assist in the interpretation and evaluation of assessment results within the appropriate scope of practice. Prepare assessment summaries and recommendations to support hiring decisions. Ensure proper handling, confidentiality, security, and documentation of psychological assessment records. Coordinate assessment schedules and communicate testing instructions to candidates. Assist in reviewing and improving assessment processes and tools to enhance hiring effectiveness.
