Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
仕事内容: Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure high-caliber candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and networking channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical business functions. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements. Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment recommendations. Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate feedback processes. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience recruiting for manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods industries is preferred. Agency/headhunter recruitment experience will be an added advantage. Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills. Language Requirements Native or business-level Japanese. Business-level English preferred to support regional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience in multinational environments. Knowledge of Japan employment practices and labor legislation. Experience recruiting technical and operational roles. Why Join Us?
