Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate (Dubai)

We are a luxury real estate company in Dubai specialising in high-ticket villas and apartments across the city's most prestigious communities. We work in both the Off-Plan and Secondary markets and are expanding our sales team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a real estate background to lead our hiring and build a high-performing sales team. As part of our commitment to diversity, we strongly encourage women to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales agents and support staff
• Write and post job ads on Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with management
• Assess candidates for sales ability, market knowledge and client handling
• Prepare and send offer letters
• Build a pipeline of strong real estate talent for future hiring
• Track recruitment data and hiring progress

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Dubai real estate
• Strong understanding of real estate sales roles (off-plan and secondary)
• Excellent communication, networking and interviewing skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job portals
• Organised, target-driven and able to fill roles quickly
• Professional and presentable
