Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent -sourcing strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with familiarity with ATS tools. Knowledge of labor laws,market trends, and best hiring practices. RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage end-to-end recruitment , including job postings, sourcing, and interviews. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies. Utilize tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent effeciently. Administer and interpret pyschometric assessments for recruitment and development. Analyze assessment result and provide actionable insights for talent decisions. Prepare detailed reports and maintain a robust candidate pipeline. Represent the organization at the job fairs and career events to attract top talent. Build partnership with schools, universities, and PESO offices for talent sourcing.
