About the role In this role, you will operate as a trusted recruitment advisor, partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, designing and executing effective sourcing strategies, taking a proactive approach to talent pipelining and market mapping, building and maintaining networks across the lending and banking communities, and ensuring delivery of a seamless, compliant process with exceptional candidate experience at its core. This is a hybrid opportunity, with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Sydney CBD, partnering closely with key stakeholders and business leaders.
