In this vital role, you’ll help build the future of SRG by identifying, attracting, and selecting top-quality team members who align with our mission and values. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers across the organization, design effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive experience for every candidate. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities Recruiting - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies - Develop and maintain job descriptions, screening questions, and postings that reflect SRG’s mission and values - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordinating offers - Build and nurture candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs - Represent SRG at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities - Ensure every candidate experiences a professional, welcoming, and values-driven hiring process - Maintain organized candidate records and recruiting data, track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, conversion rates), and provide leadership with regular reports and recommendations for process improvement.
