Talent Acquisition Specialist
As part of Singapore Talent Acquisition team, to promote Singapore team as the hub of world-class top talents, our goal is to create an empowered and innovated recruitment team to meet the needs of rapid-growth business while promoting a positive employee brand. Responsibilities: Identify and engage top talent through global competitions (e.g., ICPC, IMC, Supercomputing competitions, International Science Olympiads) and premier academic conference programs Lead talent attraction and recruitment initiatives across the APAC region (based in Singapore; coverage includes Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, UAE, etc.). Develop and execute campus recruitment and internship hiring strategies, especially for technical/R&D roles. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines. Represent the company in global academic and talent events, strengthening employer branding and visibility among top universities and institutions. To collaborate and communicate directly with local and China-based counterparts, stakeholders, and clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven experience in campus recruitment and internship hiring (experience hiring for R&D roles is a strong plus). Experience organizing employer branding initiatives or talent engagement events (e.g., campus talks, hackathons, competitions) is an added advantage. Strong network and relationship management skills, particularly with university faculty and academic institutions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to completion. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication and coordination with local and China-based counterparts, stakeholders, and clients. Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure; Frequent travel is required for this role due to business and operational needs.
