We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing our recruitment process and finding the best candidates for our vacancies. Responsibilities include: - Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates - Proactively searching for and identifying candidates who would be suitable for our role via various methods - Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and experience - Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference - Assessing candidate suitability to ensure a strong match with the company - Supporting managers throughout the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience - Producing monthly reports against measurable KPIs - Working closely with Directors, Head of Department and Hiring Managers to meet business requirement requirements Experience & Skills: - Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist is essential, ideally within a construction business or related industry - Confident, results-driven, and motivated to achieve targets - Excellent interpersonal, face-to-face, and telephone communication skills - Strong organisational and planning skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands - Demonstrates discretion and maintains confidentiality at all times Company Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Annual profit share bonus scheme - Pension Scheme and life assurance benefit - Healthshield - 27 days annual leave - Birthday leave - Stream - Cycle to Work scheme - Uniform provided In addition, we have invested in an excellent induction programme and have a commitment to career progression and employee learning & development.
