# Talent Acquisition Specialist **Modus** · HSR Layout Sector 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for tech, product, and business roles, ensuring alignment with hiring timelines. - Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, Boolean searches, and niche platforms) to identify and engage passive candidates. - Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team culture fit, and role expectations. - Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring transparent communication, timely feedback, and an engaging interview journey. - Interview Process & Assessment: Coordinate screening calls, technical evaluations, and stakeholder interviews; facilitate structured debriefs. - Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates) to optimize hiring pipelines. Requirements - Experience: 4+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience, with a strong focus on fast-paced startup or tech hiring. - Location: Must be based in or willing to work in-person in Bangalore . - Skills: Proficiency in modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), Boolean sourcing, and professional networking platforms. - Competencies: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a keen eye for cultural and technical fit. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
