Location: Thane, Maharashtra Experience: 1–5 Years Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field Work Mode: In Person Working Days: 5 Days (Monday–Friday) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience in handling multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels . Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and HR interviews . Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Manage walk-in drives, bulk hiring, and specialized recruitment as required. Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker . Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process. Negotiate offers and support offer rollouts and joining formalities . Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring reports. Build and maintain a strong candidate talent pool for current and future requirements. Work closely with business teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Experience in IT, KPO, BPO, Accounting, or corporate hiring will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing . Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills. Ability to handle multiple positions and tight hiring deadlines . Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
