In this vital role, you will drive the full cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various departments and levels. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume hiring initiatives. - Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and talent management software such as Empeon, ADP and Indeed. - Conduct comprehensive candidate screening through interviewing, assessing skills, and evaluating cultural fit to ensure high-quality hires. - Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize talent acquisition efforts. - Utilize HR legal compliance knowledge to ensure all recruiting practices adhere to employment law in talent management and labor regulations. - Engage in employer branding activities through social media management and community outreach to attract diverse talent pools. Requirements - Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across various industries with a focus on healthcare, clinical roles. - Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate expectations and hiring manager relationships. - Familiarity with talent management software including Empeon, ADP, Indeed, Jobscore and zip recruiter. - Deep understanding of employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards. - Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing techniques such as cold calling, research, and leveraging social media marketing (recruitment). - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking and high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining attention to detail.
