Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Recruitment Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Experience: 9+ Years Shift: US Shift Notice Period: 30 Days Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 9+ years of experience in US Recruitment and Global Talent Acquisition . Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end US recruitment and talent acquisition. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement. Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures. Handle offer negotiation and candidate onboarding. Requirements 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Strong experience in US Recruitment and Global Talent Acquisition . Excellent communication and sourcing skills. Comfortable working in US shifts . Notice Period: 30 days or less. Location: Airoli/Navi Mumbai.
