Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring across multiple levels—from blue-collar roles to C2-level executives—and can independently execute sourcing strategies while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align talent acquisition with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networks, and databases Conduct in-depth screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit Handle hiring across all levels, including blue-collar, mid-management, and C2-level leadership roles Partner with hiring managers for manpower planning and role profiling Coordinate interviews and provide structured feedback to stakeholders Facilitate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience in both volume hiring (blue-collar) and executive search (C2 level) Strong independent sourcing and headhunting capabilities Excellent interviewing, assessment, and evaluation skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment Experience using ATS and other recruitment tools Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Preferred Skills Experience in multi-industry recruitment Strong negotiation and influencing skills High attention to detail Results-driven with the ability to meet tight deadlines Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Staff meals provided Work Location: In person
