In this role, you will engage talent pools, conduct structured competency- and values-based technical interviews, evaluate candidate fit for complex roles, and partner with hiring managers to drive clear, data-informed hiring recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Receive technical candidate pipelines from the recruitment sourcing team and manage end-to-end initial screening and secondary assessments. - Conduct structured interviews using competency-based, values-based, and technical assessment methods to evaluate technical proficiency, motivation, and cultural fit. - Collaborate with engineering and technical hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements, technical skill sets, and evaluation criteria. - Provide clear candidate feedback, assessment insights, and endorsement recommendations to final-interview decision-makers. - Prepare and submit regular talent reports, including the weekly Talent Demand Overview Report. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience focused on candidate interviewing, structured technical assessment, and stakeholder management. - Strong expertise in technical, competency-based, and values-based interviewing techniques, with familiarity in behavioral and technical assessment tools. - Proven track record of recruiting across technical domains and collaborating with hiring managers to streamline hiring decisions. - Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field; formal training or certification in behavioral/technical interviewing is an advantage. - Work Setup: Dayshift, Full Onsite.
