5 Days- Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Job Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions within the company. Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower and hiring requirements. Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and manage incoming applications. Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening/interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Prepare salary proposals and coordinate job offers. Maintain recruitment records, candidate database and hiring reports. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming manpower requirements. Participate in career fairs, recruitment events and other talent acquisition activities. Support onboarding arrangements for successful candidates. Liaise with recruitment agencies and other external recruitment partners when required. Requirements Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition preferred. Experience recruiting for construction, M&E, engineering or technical positions would be an advantage. Familiar with Singapore job portals and recruitment channels. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to manage multiple vacancies and work closely with different hiring managers.
