The Opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner – Business Services to join our Firm. This position will be based in our Chicago office (hybrid) . Our Business Services Professional teams are a critical component of the firm's success, and we need an innovative recruitment professional to drive our US Business Services Professional recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. We want someone who can advise our leaders on the best ways to attract, assess, and onboard talent. Utilizing direct recruitment strategies and where needed, recruitment agencies, to ensure we have the best people working at our firm. This role will also oversee the on-boarding and orientation of new hires to ensure they have the best integration into the firm. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

- Proven experience recruiting across a broad range of business verticals, including Technology, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing. - Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing channels. - Exceptional attention to detail with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning abilities. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sensitive searches and shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. - Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and sound decision-making, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. - Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and remain flexible to adjust hours as needed to support business demands. - Experience using Workday or a similar enterprise-level applicant tracking system (ATS). - Working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree required. - Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth, or complex environments.

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be within the range listed under Salary Details. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law.

Salary Details

$105,000 - $120,000
