DEPARTMENT SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner supports full-cycle recruiting across engineering, technical, and professional roles, taking ownership of assigned requisitions and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders. This role is well suited to a TA professional with approximately three years of experience who is ready to contribute to a high-performing talent function. Experience within defense or aviation manufacturing and familiarity with modern sourcing and ATS tools is highly beneficial in this role. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding handoff Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide consistent updates throughout the hiring process Source candidates using SeekOut, job boards, networking, and proactive outreach strategies tailored to engineering and technical talent Maintain accurate and timely data within UKG and other recruiting systems Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up Support process improvements and collaborate with TA Operations and HR partners to enhance efficiency and consistency Participate in career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives Track and report basic recruiting metrics to support continuous improvement Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed to support company hiring events Demonstrate the ability to work individually and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining punctual and regular attendance Perform other duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in TA coordination, TA operations, and/or full-cycle recruitment Demonstrated experience recruiting engineering and technical talent Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within the TA function Agency recruiting experience preferred Familiarity or proficiency with SeekOut and UKG preferred Experience supporting high-volume or hard-to-fill technical searches preferred Participation in hiring events, career fairs, or community recruiting initiatives preferred Experience within defense or aviation manufacturing preferred Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3) Detailed Wage Information : Wage range for this role is between $84,000–$140,000, plus benefits and eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, offsite work, or access assignments. The range provided is Janicki's estimate of base compensation for this role. Actual pay offered will be based on job-related and nondiscriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
