Role – Talent Acquisition Partner Location – Miami Duration - Permanent Role A bit about the role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll join us to support the delivery of recruitment across our US-based events and brands. Based in Miami and reporting to a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage approximately 20–25 live requisitions at a time. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to source and secure high-quality sales talent while delivering a fast, consistent and engaging candidate experience. Salary range: $75,000–$90,000 annually This will be a 3 day a week in-office, Hybrid schedule in our Miami office. As part of your role you will: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of approximately 20–25 US-based sales vacancies. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, agree on recruitment plans and maintain momentum throughout each search. Proactively source and engage sales talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals and other relevant channels. Build pipelines across different levels of sales roles, including new business, account management, partnerships and sales leadership. Screen and assess candidates against the skills, experience and behaviors required for each role. Coordinate efficient, structured and inclusive interview processes, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed throughout. Provide hiring managers with clear market insight, candidate feedback and practical advice to support effective decisions. Deliver excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and handover. Work with the Talent Acquisition Partner and wider People Team to support offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding handovers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within HiBob (our ATS) and provide regular updates on pipelines, progress and risks. Reduce reliance on external agencies by prioritizing proactive sourcing and building reusable sales talent pipelines. Act as an ambassador for Hyve and our event brands in every candidate interaction. What skills you bring to the team: Proven experience managing end-to-end sales recruitment within the US market, ideally across multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong direct-sourcing and headhunting capability, with LinkedIn Recruiter used as a core recruitment tool. Experience managing a high-volume workload of approximately 20–25 requisitions while maintaining pace and attention to detail. A good understanding of different sales profiles and the ability to assess commercial capability, drive and cultural contribution. Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to challenge, advise and keep hiring managers accountable. Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to respond quickly as business needs change. A commitment to inclusive hiring and providing a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. Experience using an applicant tracking system; knowledge of HiBob would be beneficial. You’ll know you’re successful when: You’ve delivered strong, diverse shortlists and successful hires across a busy portfolio of US sales vacancies. You’ve maintained pace and control across 20–25 requisitions, providing hiring managers with clear and regular progress updates. You’ve increased direct hiring and reduced reliance on external recruitment agencies. You’ve built engaged sales talent pipelines that can support current and future hiring needs.
