Location: Mississauga, ON Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary: As part of a growing organization, we are seeking a talented and energetic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts across both Chubb and our affiliated company, Vipond Inc., while helping to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent from across Canada. As our Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a key role in helping Chubb Fire & Security Canada and Vipond Inc. attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across Canada. This is more than a recruitment role. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping shape talent strategies that support business growth while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. From talent attraction and sourcing to employer branding and workforce planning, you will influence how we build high-performing teams across a diverse range of operational, technical, sales, leadership, and corporate functions. As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking People Team, you will help modernize recruitment practices, leverage technology and data-driven insights, strengthen our employer brand, and continuously improve how we connect with talent in an increasingly competitive market. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruitment across Chubb and Vipond, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across multiple functions and geographic regions. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, networking, teammate referrals, social media, and industry research to identify and engage top talent. Conduct professional and structured candidate assessments, providing thoughtful recommendations to hiring leaders. Create compelling and inclusive job postings that reflect our culture, values, and teammate value proposition. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle. Monitor talent acquisition metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion, and hiring outcomes, and provide insights to support decision-making. Stay current on labour market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices to advise leaders on recruitment strategies. Recruitment Technology & Process Excellence Serve as a subject matter expert for applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, sourcing platforms, and recruitment workflows. Leverage recruitment technology and automation tools to improve efficiency, candidate engagement, reporting, and overall hiring effectiveness. Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, systems, candidate experience, and operational excellence. Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting to provide meaningful workforce and hiring insights. Evaluate emerging recruitment technologies and industry best practices, recommending innovative solutions that support organizational growth. Collaborate with the People Team and business leaders to ensure recruitment systems and technologies effectively support hiring objectives and workforce planning initiatives. Employer Brand & Talent Attraction Support the development and execution of employer branding strategies that position Chubb and Vipond as employers of choice across Canada. Partner with Marketing, business leaders, and the People Team to create engaging recruitment marketing content that showcases our people, culture, career opportunities, and teammate experience. Build and execute talent attraction campaigns across digital platforms, social media channels, career sites, and job boards. Develop and nurture talent communities for future hiring needs and key business-critical roles. Represent Chubb and Vipond at career fairs, networking events, industry conferences, campus recruiting initiatives, and community partnerships. Promote teammate referral programs and other innovative sourcing initiatives that strengthen talent pipelines. Help share and amplify teammate success stories that support talent acquisition outreach and employer brand awareness. Business Partnership & Workforce Planning Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to leaders by providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices, interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, market trends, and hiring strategies. Support workforce planning discussions by identifying talent gaps, external market considerations, and hiring priorities. Contribute to succession planning initiatives through talent market insights and pipeline development. Ensure talent acquisition activities comply with applicable employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment best practices across Canada. Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen recruitment effectiveness and hiring outcomes. Partner with leaders to expand access to diverse talent pools and identify strategies that support inclusive hiring. Ensure candidate assessment and selection processes are equitable, objective, and aligned with organizational values. Help foster an inclusive candidate experience that reflects our commitment to diversity and belonging. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum five years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent management. Demonstrated proven success managing full-cycle talent acquisition across multiple functions, locations, and levels within an organization. Experience recruiting within both unionized and non-unionized environments is considered an asset. Strong expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, candidate engagement, and pipeline development. Strong experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (i.e. Workday, Oracle), recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and talent acquisition technologies. Solid understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate experience best practices. Strong business acumen with the ability to build credibility and influence leaders at all levels of the organization. Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities. Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruitment data and insights to support decision-making. Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Mandatory bilingualism (English and French), both written and verbal. CHRP designation, or progress toward obtaining designation, is considered an asset. This is a new position and the salary range is between $70,000 to $85,000.
