Talent Acquisition Officer
Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for managing recruitment and key HR activities, including employee records, employment contracts, orientation, training, performance evaluation, succession planning, promotions, and HRMS-related tasks. The position ensures that HR processes are properly coordinated, documented, and aligned with company policies. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to candidate selection and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers regarding manpower requirements. Maintain recruitment records and monitor the status of applicants. 2. Employee Records and 201 Files Maintain and update employee 201 files and personnel records. Ensure that employee documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed. Update employee information when there are changes in employment status or personal details. 3. Employment Contract Monitoring Monitor employee contracts, probationary periods, and regularization schedules. Ensure timely preparation, renewal, and completion of employment-related documents. Maintain records of contract dates and employment status. 4. Employee Orientation Conduct new employee orientation. Discuss company policies, procedures, benefits, rules, and other relevant HR information. Ensure that new employees complete required onboarding documents. 5. Training and Development Coordinate and provide employee training programs based on identified needs. Assist in preparing training schedules, materials, attendance records, and documentation. Monitor employee participation and training completion. 6. Performance Evaluation Coordinate and monitor employee performance evaluations. Ensure that evaluations are completed within the required schedule. Maintain performance evaluation records and assist in the regularization and employee development process. 7. Succession Planning and Promotion Assist in identifying employees with potential for career growth and advancement. Support succession planning and employee development initiatives. Coordinate promotion processes and ensure proper documentation and evaluation. 8. HRMS Management Utilize the HRMS for employee information and other HR-related transactions. Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the system. Assist employees and managers with basic HRMS-related concerns and processes. 9. HR Documentation and Compliance Prepare and maintain HR reports, forms, and other personnel documents. Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of HR processes. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field . Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in recruitment and general HR functions is an advantage. Knowledgeable in HRMS and other HR-related systems . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR tasks. Knowledge of recruitment, employee records, performance evaluation, and other HR processes. Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) or Certified Human Resource Management Specialist (CHRMS) certification is an advantage.
