Talent Acquisition Officer
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent for the organization's pharmaceutical, commercial, manufacturing, regulatory, quality assurance, research and development, and corporate functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to ensure workforce requirements are met through effective sourcing, selection, and employer branding initiatives while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Selection Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Develop and post job advertisements through various recruitment channels. Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, professional networks, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews. Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and background checks. Facilitate job offer discussions and negotiation with selected candidates. Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents. Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Establish relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry groups. Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and networking events to attract talent. Maintain and regularly update the company's talent pool database. Stakeholder Management Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to management. Advise hiring managers on market trends, recruitment best practices, and talent availability. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, life sciences, or FMCG industries is preferred. Experience handling technical, sales, medical, regulatory, and corporate positions is an advantage. Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and recruitment regulations. Excellent interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
